Initially I created this primarily for an hour long yoga practice. The tracks are spaced out, alternating particular selections of trance and groovy beats. This places the yogi in a perfect mind state for the best practice.
I have taught yoga for almost 20 years and I always prefer intrumental music during a practice. Words have a great effect on the mind, particularly when one is in an opened yoga state. So we must be careful what words enter our mind and effect our psyche. So, this album is entirely instrumental, although vocal tracks may be released in the future.
The album is a perfect backdrop for a yoga practice it is also useful to get one in the flow of creative processes. So feel free to play while you are writing, painting, thinking, studying or any other activity that benefits from flowing non obtrusive music
